Follow the steps at your own pace
- Open “Reports & statistics” and check the active business. Choose Day, Week, Month, Year or “Custom dates” and wait for a complete report.
- Review the period and data timestamp, then select “Export PDF report” to open “Business activity report”.
- Choose the document language: עברית, العربية or English. It can differ from the app language.
- Select “Create PDF” and wait until the report is ready. Changing document language requires regenerating the file, without changing business data.
- Choose “Save”, “Share” or “Print” where supported. Review the destination in the system dialog before saving, sending or printing.
Frequently asked questions
Do the numbers match Business reports?
Yes. The document uses the same complete snapshot already loaded on screen, rather than calculating a different report. It includes summaries, statuses, services, customer data and all five trend groups. The data timestamp and file generation time are separate; refresh the report before exporting if you need newer data.
How should I read the document’s metrics?
Historical trends include only appointments whose stored scheduled end has passed; pending or confirmed is not completed. Completed service value is recorded price value, not received payments. Unavailable is not zero, and a verified subset does not promise full coverage. Read figures with the document’s definitions and periods.
How is this different from calendar export?
The management report summarizes business activity. “Export calendar to PDF” produces a detailed appointment list with customer, phone, service, times and status, plus status, archive and notes choices. The two documents serve different purposes.
Where is the file created, and what happens at a limit or business change?
The PDF is created locally without an external PDF service. Switching account or business cancels an active export. If report loading needs more than 10,000 appointments including comparison and history, no partial report is created; try a shorter period if it reduces the data. This is a per-generation processing limit, not a usage quota. In a browser, save the file before sharing it after download.
