Follow the steps at your own pace

  1. From the business home, select “Reports & statistics”. If you manage several businesses, open “Business Center”, select the business and use the same shortcut.
  2. Check the business name on “Business reports”. Choose Day, Week, Month, Year or “Custom dates”; use the period arrows and “Choose dates”.
  3. Review scheduled appointments across all statuses, completed appointments and “Completed service value”. Open “How are metrics calculated?” for context.
  4. Explore popular services and customer data. Distinguish bookings from completed services, and period data from all-time totals.
  5. In “Activity trend”, choose one of the five groups. Select “Export PDF report” for a management document; “Back” returns to the previous screen.

Frequently asked questions

Which appointments are included?

The period summary includes appointment starts within the selected business dates, across all statuses and including archives. The start is included; the technical end is the start of the day after the last selected date and is excluded. Historical trends additionally require the appointment’s scheduled end to have passed.

Does service value mean money received?

No. It sums recorded fixed prices for services marked completed, rather than verifying payments or received revenue. If reliable prices are missing, the complete amount is unavailable and the known portion is shown separately.

Who counts as a returning customer in the period?

A customer with at least two completed appointments in the period linked to the same verified customer identity. Names or phone numbers alone are not used for matching. Missing identifiers may make the full metric unavailable; the known subset is separate. Repeat-visit trends use a different definition explained in the trends guide.

What do customer and service figures mean?

New CRM records were created in the period; they do not prove a first visit. VIP and inactive labels are existing tags, not a newly calculated loyalty score. Bookings by service include every status, with completions separate. The screen shows up to ten leading services; the PDF includes all services.

Why will a large report not load?

One report can process up to 10,000 appointments in total, including required comparison and historical data. A partial report is never returned as success. Try a shorter period if it reduces the data; required history may still reach the limit. Stored appointments, report visits and generation frequency are not capped by this limit.
