Frequently asked questions
Does usage mean the number of delivered messages?
No. Usage also includes credits reserved for sends still being processed. Unavailable balance does not mean zero, and balance alone does not prove delivery.
How do WhatsApp, Push and in-app notifications differ?
WhatsApp updates, Push notifications and in-app notifications are separate channels. The result report shows each channel’s status; a message allowance or credit allocation does not confirm delivery. Sending is subject to eligibility and customer consent.
How do allocation, waiting, provider acceptance and delivery differ?
Credit allocation reserves one message; waiting to send does not mean it was sent. Provider acceptance does not confirm delivery. Only a delivered status indicates a delivery confirmation. Check the explanation for a failure or block; opening a report does not resend a message.
