More than the next appointment.
The whole customer relationship.
From the first booking link to the working day and the time between visits — explore the tools that connect your business with its customers.
Business management and the customer experience, in one system.
Make booking easier
One link. Two ways to find you.
Share a direct booking link and let customers discover your business inside ServioX, too.
Book in a browser, without installing an appCustomers choose a service and time without creating a ServioX account.
- A personal booking link you can copy, share and display as a QR code.
- Customers choose a service, date and available time, then book with their name, phone number and a security check.
- Bookings are confirmed or await your approval, depending on your settings. Appointment management and chat are available through the app for eligible users.
A public business profile, includedAn organised place to introduce your business and lead customers to booking.
- Your business name and description, services and configured prices, working hours and gallery.
- Your address, map, selected contact details and social links, alongside a booking button.
- The business profile within ServioX is part of the main product. ServioX Pro Websites is a separate product.
Business discovery inside ServioXCustomers can find a new business, get to know it and continue to booking.
- Search and category browsing, with business profiles, services, prices, galleries and reviews in the app.
- Nearby discovery requires location permission and available business coordinates; it shows up to 30 businesses within up to 50 km.
- Time-window search suggests businesses with a free 30-minute window, based on category, location and time. Availability for the chosen service is checked again during booking.
Run the day
Your schedule. Your booking rules.
Set when customers can book, decide which requests to approve and handle changes in one place.

- Create appointments for existing or new customers, reschedule, cancel with a reason and add appointment notes.
- Mark appointments completed or no-show, and find available times today, tomorrow or this week to make a booking.
Automatic confirmation or your approvalPublic bookings can wait for your decision, according to your settings.
- Choose automatic confirmation or pending requests, then approve or reject requests from the calendar or appointment list.
- Set minimum notice, the booking horizon, same-day booking, time intervals and the cancellation window.
- In the app, customers see appointment status and can reschedule or cancel according to your rules, appointment status and availability.

- Set weekly working hours and closed days, and block specific hours, a whole day or a date range with a reason.
- Review affected appointments and choose whether to save the closure alone or also cancel those appointments.
- Cancellation creates a customer update through the relevant notification route. Delivery depends on permissions and channel availability; removing a closure does not restore cancelled appointments.

- A series records the service and total price; it is not a payment collection or outstanding-balance system.
Stay connected between visits
A new offer? A reason to visit again?
Send updates to the right group, spot customers who have not returned and give waiting customers a chance to take an opening.
Offers and updates with Push campaignsSend now or at a time you choose, to a relevant customer group.
- Write a message and send it immediately, or schedule it in advance.
- Choose all customers linked to the app, customers tagged VIP, customers whose last visit was more than 30 days ago, or new customers with at most one visit.
- Campaigns target linked app users. Push delivery depends on permissions and an active device, and is not guaranteed.

- The customer list has 30-, 60- and 90-day filters to help identify customers who have not visited recently.
- The home dashboard summarises customers who have not returned for 60 or 90 days, based on up to 300 active customers checked.

An opening? Someone may already be waiting.Service and time preferences, with offers that customers accept.
- Eligible customers join in the app by service and preferred days and times; enabled notifications and a device reachable by Push are required.
- When a suitable time opens, it can be offered to a waiting customer. They accept or decline before the offer expires; booking happens only after acceptance and an availability check.
- The business can view waiting customers by service, contact them or book for them. An offer for every customer or a filled slot after every cancellation is not guaranteed.

- Opening chat requires the business to enable it and an eligible relationship: a pending or confirmed appointment, or a completed visit in the past 30 days.
- Messaging takes place in the app for identified users, rather than through the public booking flow without an account.
A Smart Assistant for recurring questionsGuided steps to find information, with a handoff to the business when needed.
